Lamisil Once is a topical treatment that contains Terbinafine hydrochloride, an antifungal medication used to treat athlete’s foot (tinea pedis). Lamisil Once is applied directly to the skin on the outside of the foot (between the toes) and on the inside of the foot (between the legs). It is applied for only a few weeks. It does not cure athlete's foot. It takes only a few weeks of treatment to be effective. Treatment with Lamisil Once does not cure athlete's foot. It does not protect against fungal infections such as the skin and nails. It is important to follow the instructions of your doctor and not exceed the recommended dose. Terbinafine hydrochloride does not cure athlete's foot. It is not known if terbinafine hydrochloride can be given to athletes who do not show improvement after 1 week of treatment with Lamisil Once. Athletes using terbinafine hydrochloride topical treatment for 2 weeks should stop treatment and contact their doctor for treatment advice. Athletes using terbinafine hydrochloride topical treatment for 1 week should continue treatment for 1 week.
